Mercoledì 25 novembre 2026 alle ore 11:00, la Professoressa Rita El Hajj (USEK University, Libano), terrà un seminario dal titolo :

“Analytical Chemistry at the Interface of Food, Environment, and Health: From Natural Products to Pharmacological Perspectives”

The seminar aims to highlight how analytical chemistry can support characterization, quality control, authenticity assessment and health-related evaluation of natural products   and environmental samples. Particular emphasis will be placed on research axes developed whitin our department, including honey, olive oil, wine, pomegranate molasses, and air quality, while connecting these topics to pharmacological and pharmacy-related interests such as bioactive compounds, antioxidant activity, contaminants, and exposure assessment.
